Coaching with Rick Silva has been a life changing experience with tremendous results. I have been fortunate enough to have two different professional coaches over the past few years. My coaching experience has opened me up to new possibilities in my life. It has taught me that I am able to stand in my integrity when those around me are not in theirs. I have learned that I do not have to take on all the issues of others -and that has given me a sense of freedom and taken away
feelings of guilt and frustration. Coaching has changed my life in so many ways for the better. I understand my life purpose and I can assess each situation that arises based upon whether it suits me or not. I am in a very different place as a result of my months of coaching and I am grateful for the work that Sally has guided me through. Life is wonderful.

Coaching has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was reluctant to invest the money into this relationship at first because of the responsibilities of having 4 young children to care for at home and only one family income. However this experience has been the best money I have ever invested. Personally, I am working toward my goals, I feel more centered, at peace and confident. My children have received probably the greatest benefit. Instead of reacting emotionally to the challenges parenting offers, I am able to address them calmly and effectively. My children feel safer to come to me and express themselves and have given me very positive feedback both verbally and non-verbally. I don’t have the time or space to express the full benefit that my family and I have received, but I firmly believe that everyone would benefit enormously from this investment. |

I have been working with Suzanne for the past two months both on an individual basis and through our corporation. We have had fabulous results secondary to our coaching. Suzanne has coached us thru several roadblocks that have hindered our companies' growth for years.
We have also learned to use honest, open communication to create a work atmosphere that I look forward to being part of.
