It is inside all of us…we know all of the answers that we seek for ourselves…it helps to have a coach to ask us the right questions. I first began working with Rick two years ago. At that time, I was at a professional crossroads, seeking more autonomy and control of my career. Rick helped me to define my goals, desires, passions, and to work through the process of leaving my place of employment for 19 years (where I was a part owner) to launch a new business. After 6 months in the new business, I am relaxed and happy, as I continue to find my way and do what I feel passionate about. I am faced with new challenges now, but I enjoy the freedom to be able to choose how to deal with those challenges. Rick continues to serve as my coach…sometimes if only to listen to me tell myself the answers, but he continues to challenge me by asking the hard questions. |

My coaching experience has opened me up to new possibilities in my life. It has taught me that I am able to stand in my integrity when those around me are not in theirs. I have learned that I do not have to take on all the issues of others -and that has given me a sense of freedom and taken away
feelings of guilt and frustration. Coaching has changed my life in so many ways for the better.
