Rick Silva is the founder of Living Assets Management. He focuses on connecting client organizations to their visions and leveraging the enormous potential of their people ... their Living Assets. His 20 years of corporate and 10 years of coaching experience combine to bring valuable organizational and personal development tools and principles to businesses of all sizes. Rick and his team support and empower people to master  "The Game Behind The Game".

The Game Behind The Game is a perspective and program that Rick developed to assist organizations of all sizes to define their vision and put it to work. This perspective recognizes that for every individual there is both the "Game" which is the work to be done and the "Game Behind the Game" which is why they choose do it. Complete clarity of the "why" is essential to getting the most satisfaction and highest performance from any person or team. A vision driven organization produces more value with fewer people doing less work. BACKGROUND: Rick graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering and received his Master in Engineering in 1986. Throughout his 20 year corporate career he developed his passion for Project and Personnel Management. He lead a variety of R&D, defense and commercial projects and received advanced training in mangement, organizational effectiveness, team development, process improvement and communication. Outside of of the corporate arena he became a certified trainer and coach. For thee years he lead numerous advanced communication workshops and trained facilitators before starting his own business in 1999.

Sally Heerde 
Coach & Director of Educational Partnerships

Sally Heerde is a professional coach and communication specialist who supports people to develop as individuals and to develop powerful partnerships with others. Her coaching supports people to build outstanding communication skills and become more productive as individuals and in teams. 

Sally coaches her clients to grow personally and live passionately. She empowers her clients to shift habits from those that keep them immobilized to new one’s that create possibilities. Her gentle coaching approach creates safe and empathetic environments that use listening and compassion to enhance creativity and problem solving.

Coaching Focus

A valued member of the Living Assets Management coaching team, Sally has 11 years of personal development and coaching experience. She is a certified workshop facilitator and holds an undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders, a Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology and has done postgraduate work in communication, conflict management and problem solving.

Sally has worked with children and their parents for twenty-eight years in a public school setting and is currently in private practice as a Communication Specialist. Sally has an exceptional understanding of school cultures, parent-teacher relationships and the associated administrative demands and challenges. She helps children express themselves honestly and respectfully and parents and teachers to create safe environments where children can be heard.

Sally serves as Director of Educational Partnerships for Living Assets Management and lives outside of Boston with her husband Ric, her son Thomas and two mellow Dalmatians.
